We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to support strategic financial planning and business decision-making. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, scenario planning, and performance monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare annual budgets, operating plans, and financial forecasts.
• Develop and monitor departmental and organizational budgets.
• Perform budget planning and periodic budget reviews.
• Analyze business performance, project progress, and financial results against budgets.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights.
• Build financial models and perform scenario analysis to support strategic decisions.
• Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial planning activities.
• Identify cost optimization opportunities and improve financial efficiency.
• Collaborate with business teams to support planning and decision-making.

Requirements

• CA Qualified, CMA qualified or MBA in Finance.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
• Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modelling.
• Proficiency in Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems and Power BI/Tableau is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
