Job Description

JAKS & Associates, established in 1982 is a leading firm of Chartered Accountants having 7 branches across Kerala. Our team of 14 partners and 130+ professionals works with multiple clients across industry sectors and across geographies.

The person should be responsible for end to end coordination with all branches of the firm. She also should analyze and improve organizational process.

Role Requirements:

* Overall coordination with all branches and all partner in charge of each branch
* Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures
* Communicating with upper management to develop strategic operations goals
* Ensure efficient operations in all branches and carry out supervisory responsibilities
* Organising the budget of the company in collaboration with the partners
* Analyze process work flow
* Track all the meeting schedules & deadlines

Desired Profile

* Articleship completed/ semi qualified CA/ MBA Finance with minimum 4 years experience
* Proven experience as an operations manager

* Proficient in MS Office
